Communion to the Homebound

Our Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring the presence of Christ to those who are unable to join us at Mass. This service is for parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized, or living in nursing facilities within our family of parishes.

To begin receiving Communion at home for yourself or a loved one, please complete our request form or contact the central parish office to coordinate a visit with our pastoral team.
