Holy Eucharist
The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life.
The Eucharist is the third sacrament of Initiation by which Catholics partake of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. So important is it that participation in the Eucharistic celebration is seen as obligatory on every Sunday and Holy Day and is encouraged on other days.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: “In the most blessed sacrament of the Eucharist ‘the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity, of our Lord Jesus Christ and, therefore, the whole Christ is truly, really, and substantially contained.’ This presence is called “real” too, but because it is presence in the fullest sense: that is to say, it is asubstantial presence by which Christ, God and man, makes himself wholly and entirely present” [No. 1374].

Eucharistic Adoration
In Eucharistic Adoration, we spend time in prayer and contemplation before the Blessed Sacrament, adoring the Real Presence of Jesus Christ. It is a moment of profound silence and peace where we can listen to the Lord and offer Him our hearts, finding renewal in His presence.
True Presence
Jesus Christ is truly present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity— in the Eucharist.
